VRcollab allows you and your team to coordinate from any location – locally or via the internet. Before launching your model in VRcollab, you can choose to toggle between a local meeting or an internet meeting.
Local Meetings are hosted on LAN network, either via WiFi or LAN Cable network.
**Meeting participants do not need to have the model that the host has when joining the meeting as it will be downloaded temporarily for the duration of the meeting and deleted thereafter.
Host a Local Meeting
Hosting a local meeting is similar to launching your model.
1. Select your model
2. Toggle to local meeting
3. Click launch
Join a Local Meeting
1. Click “Meeting” at the top panel
2. Select the model (the models that appear are sessions hosted on the similar LAN network that you are connected to)
3. Click “Join Meeting“
